A bit about me; Susie Flinn, licensed sales agent in the State of Sonora Mexico, member of AMPI and have been working as a real estate sales agent for over 10 years and just recently worked as a broker for Coldwell Banker By the Sea franchise in Rocky Point. Now have the Rocky Point Real Estate By the Sea. Prior to selling real estate in Mexico, I am a retired registered nurse of 40 years, started my nursing career as a CNA and worked myself to the top being an administrator of a hospital in California. My goal is success. I have been visiting Rocky Point since 1970 and enjoy seeing the growth of our small town offering more and more tourism daily.
Communication is very important to me. I communicate with the seller’s twice a month or more frequently when the property is shown. You’ll also receive newsletters bi-monthly educating you more on current sales and activities in Rocky Point. Signage and visibility are very important. If of course approved by you for sale signs will be placed on your property.
When choosing an agent to represent you for sale of your property in Mexico or for marketing your property to sell, be sure to ask if they are a member of AMPI (The Association for Realtors in Mexico). And FYI, Sonora, Mexico real estate agents are required to be licensed by attending Mexico real estate classes. This is all to protect YOU, the client, giving you peace of mind that you are working with a professional that adheres to a code of ethics, rules and regulations and looking out for your best interest. I am a full time agent and resident of Rocky Point. I just love our Paradise.
